Model's Helper Bot

1. General rules

1.1 Using the services provided by Models Helper Bot means the user's full agreement with these Terms. By registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read the rules and agree to them. If you do not agree with the terms — do not use Models Helper Bot.

1.2 The Models Helper Bot service is a private commercial project. Information about developers or operators is not disclosed publicly.

1.3 The service is intended exclusively for analysis and automation on streaming platforms. It is not an intermediary between users and sites, does not interfere with broadcasts, and is not responsible for consequences related to violations of platform rules.

1.4 Analytics data is formed from open sources — public broadcasts. Models Helper Bot does not have access to private chats, accounts, or user correspondence. For the web version, an email address may be requested (more details in the Privacy Policy).

1.5 Data is not transferred to third parties. Information may be transferred only to partner services and only with the user's consent.

1.6 The service is not responsible for copies, fake pages, clone sites, and third-party bots. All official resources are listed on the website and in the pinned channels.

1.7 Feature and analytics descriptions are for informational purposes only. Analysis results are not investment, financial, or guaranteed outcome recommendations.

1.8 The service operation may be temporarily suspended due to updates, maintenance, or changes on the streaming platforms. Information about such cases is published in the project's official channels.

2. Compensation and refunds

2.1 Refunds are possible in exceptional cases — for example, in case of a confirmed technical malfunction of the service that made access to features unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row. We always strive to resolve such situations in favor of users, most often through subscription extension.

2.2 If the service operation was limited or temporarily unavailable due to updates or failures on the streaming platforms, a refund is not provided.

2.3 To request a refund or extension:

• write to @mhb_support_bot within 7 days of the incident;
• specify the approximate period when the service was unavailable;
• the team will check the logs and offer a suitable solution.

2.4 Refund or extension is not provided if the problem is related to:

• third-party bots or unofficial copies;
• data entry errors, incorrect links, user settings;
• changes or restrictions on the streaming services side.

2.5 When activating a subscription through partners, refund or extension terms are governed by the rules of the respective partner service.

3. Privacy policy

3.1 We undertake to protect all processed data. Information is not transferred or sold to third parties without the user's consent.

3.2 The service analyzes open data obtained from public broadcasts on streaming platforms. For authorization in the web version, an email address provided voluntarily by the user may be used. The full list of processed data is specified in the Privacy Policy.

3.3 Data transfer is possible only to official partners and only at the user's initiative. Models Helper Bot is not responsible for the actions of third-party services if the interaction occurred directly between the user and the partner.

3.4 All data is protected by technical and organizational security measures against unauthorized access, leakage, or modification.

3.5 By using the service, the user confirms consent to this Privacy Policy.
